File Intent to Graduate Form

This form needs to be filled out within the first two weeks of the semester you plan to graduate. You can find the intent to graduate form on the College of Graduate Studies Forms web page under “Forms for Current Graduate Students”. The intent to graduate form is the first one listed under intent to graduate forms. Please be sure to list your concentration advisor for their approval. A comprehensive exam, thesis/dissertation, or graduate certificate is not required for your degree. 

If the form is submitted after the deadline, the degree may still be conferred, but students may be unable to participate in commencement ceremonies or be published in the commencement program.
